Self Bondage
For all those curious about bondage but not yet enjoying life as a submissive, there is some good old self bondage, with a high tech spin!
Requirements
- At least one of the supported devices needs to be in your inventory, there right now are -
- Heavy Collar
- Steel Bar Restraint
- Discreet Frame
- Combistock
- Bondage Bag
- The sim that performs the self bondage needs to own and have in their inventory- a pair of EDGE VR goggles. You can get them in your buy mode, SOS shop, or craft them through the BDSM artisan mechanic.
- The sim in question cannot already be a submissive or a Dominant.
Getting Into Bondage
Once all the requirements are met, click on one of the supported devices in your inventory and select the Self Bondage interaction.
Afterwards, you will be asked to select a scenario. These are mostly flavor descriptions, intended for roleplaying, separated along the lines of DoS and special training. There are 40 scenarios to select from.
Finally, you set the timer for the self release locks. Anything from 30-720 in-game minutes goes.
Getting Out Of Bondage
- Getting Out Early
- In case the sim forgot the oven on or something, they can attempt an early escape. The success is mostly dependent on the Handiness skill and a bit of luck. Success releases the sim, failure leaves them locked. Beware- there is a possibility of critical failure on every attempt, which jams the locks and adds extra time.
- Getting Out On Time
- When the lock timer reaches 0 minutes, it will release the sim from the bondage automatically. Probably.
- Getting Out Late
- So do you remember how I said probably? Yeah. Adds up to 100 extra minutes to the release timer when you get unlucky at the moment of the supposed unlocking.

Its fun for your sim. It trains sexpertise, which is part of the Wicked Whims mod and most importantly serves as the sim's natural gateway into the lifestyle through the passion buildup.
The Occasional Accident
So, the post nut clarity fails to arrive and you find yourself a bit out of sorts. Whoops.
Goonbrained - is a debuff you might receive if you go too hard for too long. It applies a dazing mood and a penalty to Logic, Programming, Rocket Science and Writing for 4 hours. Silver lining- it also gives out a nice chunk of passion.
