While a sim is wearing the collar, they are unable to refuse sex requests (Wicked Whims).
A sim wearing the collar can be zapped by the appropriate interaction found directly on the collar wearer.
After getting zapped, they get a random moodlet - positive or negative. Only positive if the wearer has the Humiliation Slut trait from "Atropos" Brainwashing Machine
There is a short cooldown of several ingame minutes before you can zap the sim again- however the received moodlet stays and you wont get another until the active one expires.
Three commands to idle at attention.
Make sure there is free space in front of the wearer when zapping. For technical reasons, its not a social interaction, therefore the sim wont turn to face. It is recommended to zap while having a chat with the sim.
